As a Sales Engineer in Istanbul, you will be at the forefront of driving business success, forging strong connections, and delivering solutions that make a difference. As Sales Engineer you will anticipate and understand customer needs and match them with our product offering to maximize customer value and sales profit within the responsible area.

You will drive and execute sales action plans to ensure the delivery of results; you will pursue sales leads; visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

You are commercially driven, action-oriented, and you make things happen. It’s also requested to collect and communicate relevant business and market intelligence to product and sales management by using the systems. Good communication and networking skills are essential, as you will be working with teams across different functions.

The location of the successful candidate is within Istanbul, Turkiye.

Your key responsibilities

  • Manage sales of products and services to small and medium sized end user customers & sales channel partners within an assigned geographical territory

  • Retain and grow business with existing customers and generate sales from new customers

  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, or relevant degrees

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish is required

  • Having experience in cutting tools and/ or machining

  • Military service must be completed (for male candidates only)

  • High willingness to travel without any restrictions,

  • Having valid driving license class B
