The role

As Aftermarket Manager, you’ll drive the growth and delivery of our aftermarket business, ensuring exceptional service to customers while advancing sustainable, profitable solutions. You’ll lead a team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate across sales and product lines to expand SRP’s tools, parts, and services offerings.

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing and executing the segment aftermarket strategy aligned with SRP’s global goals.
Driving growth through performance contracts, service center management, and digital service solutions.
Building and mentoring a high-performing team while ensuring long-term competence development.
Partnering closely with customers to solve challenges and deliver added value.
Ensuring business objectives are met by balancing customer satisfaction with financial performance.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of relevant experience in aftermarket, service delivery, or contract management.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Strong business acumen and ability to manage financial performance.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
High level of digital literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
