The role

As Aftermarket Manager, you’ll drive the growth and delivery of our aftermarket business, ensuring exceptional service to customers while advancing sustainable, profitable solutions. You’ll lead a team, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate across sales and product lines to expand SRP’s tools, parts, and services offerings.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing the segment aftermarket strategy aligned with SRP’s global goals.

  • Driving growth through performance contracts, service center management, and digital service solutions.

  • Building and mentoring a high-performing team while ensuring long-term competence development.

  • Partnering closely with customers to solve challenges and deliver added value.

  • Ensuring business objectives are met by balancing customer satisfaction with financial performance.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in aftermarket, service delivery, or contract management.

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to manage financial performance.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • High level of digital literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
