Field Service Manager
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Select, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of professional Engineers and technical and administrative support staff to ensure that engineering operations are completed on-time, within budget, and as per the set goals.
- Creat carrer development programs for the team and develop medium-term planning for the growht of the process.
- Ensure implementation of proejcts for deliverables within the organizations scope.
- Follow up and conduct performance management of operations.
- Develop operations accoridng to best practice.
- Organize, plan and directs the daily activities of a team.
- Communicate all activities that impact on equipment performance to the customer at all levels from tehcnicians / operators throught manangement.
- Assist in analyzing planning and updating reliability and preventative support tasks.
- Perform regular equipment health checks.
- Analyse and diagnose performance of equipment.
- Monitor parts usages patterns and liaise with inventory controllers to ensure appropriate stock levels.
- Aftermarket support to Equipment divisions and Sales Areas.
- Identify and analyses causes of damage and/or malfuction.
- Inspect operational and maintenance practices and provide recommendations to customers and personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
- More than 15 years of experience is a similar field, with proven experience in managing engineering or technical service teams.
- Hands-on experience in field service operations, project management, and resource planning.
- Experience in implementing the best operational practices and managing budgets.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technical Management, or a related field.
- Advanced technical qualifications or certifications may be advantageous.
- Intermediate English proficiency (CEFR Level C1).
