Sales Operations & Business Administrator

We're looking for a highly organized and experienced Sales Operations & Business Administrator to be a pivotal force in our daily operations and sales success. This multifaceted role supports a wide range of business functions, with a significant focus on optimizing our sales processes and managing our CRM system. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong background in Salesforce administration and a knack for keeping things running smoothly, we would like to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Sales & CRM Administration (Primary Focus):

  • Be our Salesforce guru: Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator, customizing objects, fields, workflows, and more to meet evolving business needs. Manage user access, roles, and data integrity through regular audits.

  • Optimize Sales Processes: Partner with sales leadership to refine sales processes, pipeline stages, and forecasting accuracy.

  • Provide Sales Insights: Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, offering actionable insights to leadership.

  • Manage Sales Tools: Evaluate, implement, and manage integrations between Salesforce and other sales tools (e.g., CPQ, Outreach, ZoomInfo).

  • Support the Sales Team: Conduct Salesforce training, troubleshoot CRM issues, coordinate quoting, manage opportunities, and administer customer portals (Ariba, Rolex, Hexagon).

  • Handle Orders: Support the PO acceptance process, monitor incoming purchase orders, and manage sales order entry/updates in Epicor.

Business Operations Support:

  • Project Coordination: Maintain and create project codes, manage MS Teams channels, and support reorganization initiatives.

  • Office Administration: Coordinate customer visits (logistics, catering, materials), and manage visitor scheduling. Additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

  • Legal & Document Support: Generate and route documents for signature via DocuSign (NDAs, contracts), maintain templates, and organize legal documentation.

What You'll Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar administrative role, with 3+ years in Sales Operations or Salesforce Administration.

  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is a plus; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, report building, dashboards, and process automation (Flows).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams; experience with Jira, Epicor, DocuSign, and Canva preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, handling confidential information with discretion.
