About the Role
We are currently seeking applications from motivated employees for the position of Accounts Manager – West (Metal) based in Kewdale, WA. The Accounts Manager – West (Metal) position is primarily responsible for Sales and technical service support for all allocated customers in the assigned territory. The position also plays a key role in the planning and implementation of both the Regional and customer-specific sales and marketing plans, to achieve increased sales, revenue growth and profile of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Direction: Develop and execute effective action plans and sales strategies that drive measurable results.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and untapped market segments within the commercial space.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyse data and trends, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Engagement: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales/technical professionals to meet and exceed individual and collective performance goals.
