- Lead strategic business development initiatives to identify and secure new business opportunities in South China region.
- Build, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through proactive account management and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Lead the frontline sales team to ensure the achievement of performance objectives and financial result
- Closely monitor the market dynamics and make effective sales plans to safegaurd the leading position of Sandvik in the targeted industry segment
- Build and maintain strong channels in the region through end user, distributor, design institute etc
- Make active efforts in the team management to build a high-performing team
- Ensure the compliance of all regulatory terms and conditions, and compliance processes are followed in the business activities
