  • Closely monitor the market dynamics and make effective sales plans to safegaurd the leading position of Sandvik in the targeted industry segment
  • Build and maintain strong channels in the region through end user, distributor, design institute etc
  • Make active efforts in the team management to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure the compliance of all regulatory terms and conditions, and compliance processes are followed in the business activities
