Sales Enablement Analyst

As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping our front-line sales team succeed by removing obstacles, streamlining processes, and enhancing the customer experience.

What you will do

Reporting to the Sales Area Americas Director, you will serve as a liaison between Sales and the broader organization, supporting daily activities that contribute to customer satisfaction, sales growth, and operational efficiency. This includes:

  • A seat on the Sales Area Management team and supporting strategic improvement projects

  • Automating time consuming processes throughout the sales organization

  • Supporting Sales Engineers with customer-related activities.

  • Communicating with customers directly on critical issues and projects

  • Monitoring and escalating issues related to logistics, open orders, and internal routing delays.

  • Working in and optimizing the CRM database to support sales efficiencies.

  • Assisting with webshop setup, EPLM access, and facilitating internal collaboration with Product Units and Supply Chain.

  • Participating in regional meetings to align on goals, share updates, and contribute to strategic planning.

  • Gain expertise in all company systems in order to support improvements.

What you bring

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience or a passion for; customer service, sales support, or analytics. Ideally in the manufacturing or metal cutting industry.

  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM (Dynamics 365), Power BI, Office 365 Co-Pilot and other database or reporting tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve problems quickly, and follow through on details.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first attitude.

  • Strong planning, organization, and analytical thinking skills.

  • An associate degree or equivalent business experience.
