Your mission
As Head of Sales DACH, you will play a key role in driving the company’s growth by leading and optimizing the entire sales process across the DACH region.
Your responsibilities will include identifying and targeting potential prospects, acquiring new customers through strategic negotiation and relationship-building, and nurturing existing client relationships through outstanding service and a strong commitment to sales excellence. Staying attuned to market trends and evolving customer needs, you will continuously refine sales strategies to align with the company’s goals and values.
Your mission includes:
Full responsibility for sales revenue across the DACH region
Development and execution of regional sales strategies through strategic planning and hands-on implementation
Inspiring, leading, and motivating the regional sales team to achieve ambitious goals and foster a high-performance culture
Independent management and expansion of a customer base within your assigned territory
Support of team members in contract negotiations and creation of accurate sales forecasts in our CRM system
Identification and pursuit of new business opportunities
You will report to the Head of Global Sales & Marketing at Tool Flow Solutions. Your home office, located in Germany, serves as your operational base—strategically positioned to maintain close contact with both your customers and our headquarters in Tübingen.
Your profile
We are looking for a professional with several years of hands-on experience in actively selling software products - ideally within the manufacturing and/or software industry, and preferably in a leadership role. You bring strong business acumen and a proven track record of transforming and implementing efficient sales processes. Your expertise is supported by a relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience gained throughout your career.
To thrive in this role, you should bring:
Extensive experience in leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing sales teams
Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly in strategic sales, value-based selling, and accurate sales forecasting
Proven excellence in stakeholder management across various levels
Solid understanding of enterprise-level software solutions
Significant experience in Customer Success Management
Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
