Key Account Manager-HZL
Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions (SMR) is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment, tools, service, and technical solutions for the mining industry. The product offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling and materials handling.
We are searching for a Key Account Manager for LOHA and UGD(Mining) for Udaipur. This role reports to Business Line Manager-Load and Haul & Underground Drilling.
Scope
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for achieving sales & business development of Sandvik all product line classic and latest i-series equipment’s including battery Electric, hybrid etc for mining application in HZL
Key performance areas
Safety and Environment:
Complies with Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology safety policies and applicable government, customer or industry regulations or requirements.
Identifies and reports any unsafe work habits.
Strives to find safer ways for customers to work with Sandvik’s products
Account Management & Growth:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HZL.
Understand client business objectives and position our solutions to meet those goals.
Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth.
Solution Selling:
Promote and sell suitable product line
Collaborate with technical teams to create customized solutions that drive customer value.
Present technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
Strategic Planning:
Develop account strategies, sales forecasts, and growth plans.
Identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market plans for our offerings.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
Serve as a voice of the customer to internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics:
Track account performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Important Aspects of The Role Are:
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and build long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a strong technical aptitude
Your profile
- 10+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in mining or digital technology.
- Strong knowledge of technical product lines
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
