Role Overview:
This role involves promote the sale, service, and provide technical support for tool products to maximize revenue and market share. Focus on building long-term relationships with dealers and customers by understanding their business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Sandvik Aftermarket Tools & Consumables (T&C) to grow sales and support customer operations.
- Diagnose technical issues, prepare quotes, and collaborate with Account Managers.
- Achievement of customer revenue targets through SIP process.
- Monitor and control costs in accordance with Company targets and policies.
- Produce reports on customer and financial deliverables, including dashboards, data extraction, alerts, workflows and business strategy.
- Responsible for the achievement of agreed targets
- Possess strong product knowledge and understanding of customer maintenance and reliability programs, providing valuable feedback to product support teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Support customers in identifying training needs and ensure parts availability through predictive forecasting based on maintenance planning.
- Builds and maintains strategic relationships with key decision-makers, effectively manages conflict, and performs well under pressure.
- Demonstrates leadership in team alignment and strategy, persuasive negotiation skills, and creativity in expanding customer opportunities.
- Recognized as a reliable solution provider with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of sales experience in a related industry (construction or mining preferred).
- Fluent in Korean; business-level English proficiency required.
- Degree or diploma in a mining/civil/ mechanical engineering or Business Management are preferred.
- A high energy and enthusiasm for the products and industry and be self-driven to achieve.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and networking skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to influence internal stakeholders and customers.
