Your mission

As the Head of Sales Operations, you oversee the sales support and order administration team, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all sales documentation and customer orders. You generate insightful sales analytics and reports and collaborate with the sales team to optimize our customer journey. You also manage the lead qualification process and customer success, fostering long-term relationships and maximizing satisfaction and retention.

Additionally, you continuously optimize internal sales processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Leading and developing a high-performing team, you play a crucial role in driving our sales and marketing strategy.

You’re based in Tübingen (DE) or Stockholm (SE), and the role allows for a hybrid working schedule where you can combine office and remote work.

Your profile

You have extensive experience in software sales operations, internal sales, and marketing, backed up with a degree in a relevant field. Your background includes a proven track record in driving efficient order processing and customer success management for software products, as well as in building high-performing teams. Fluency in written and spoken English and German is required.
