Customer Service Administrator (1 year contract)

The Role

Dormer Pramet is a global manufacturer and supplier of tools to the metal cutting industry, with offices in 20 countries worldwide. During our long history we have built a reputation for providing consistently high-quality products and customer-driven services.

We are looking for the Customer Service Administrator. This role is responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to Sales Operations Team. This will involve processing sales orders, quotation, shipping document and provide general administrative support to the team to include filing, data entry. Our ideal Customer Service Administrator are enthusiastic, proactive, team oriented and dedicated to fulfilling our customers’ needs promptly and courteously.

Customer Service Manager

Key Performance Areas

  • Provide quality customer service, including interacting with internal stakeholder to support 1Way Project.
  • Provide quality customer service and assist customers service team in an efficient, positive, and professional manner.
  • Provide support to other team members to ensure a prompt response to all customer enquiries.
  • Provide effective and efficient administration support as required.
  • Handle order management process (quotation, order entry, invoice, and shipping documents) within cut-off time.
  • Attend in-house training for SAP S4 Hana to understand the business workflow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experiences 1-2 years in Customer service.
  • Customer service process for local & international sales
  • Good command of English communication
  • Good attitude and good team player
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Efficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
  • Experienced in SAP is a plus.
