If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our Product Offering organization is seeking an active and innovative Product Support Engineer for our 200-400 series Loaders and Trucks. This permanent position is based at the Sandvik Turku site, a global technology and manufacturing center for load and haul equipment. The role also offers the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing for partial remote work.

Your mission

As a Product Support Engineer in the Offering team, you will have end‑to‑end ownership of product feedback analysis and the development of solution proposals for related issues raised by various stakeholders. You will lead issue clarification and drive the identification of optimal solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders, such as Module System Owners and relevant Product Engineers.

Your key responsibilities include:

Performing structured analyses and investigations related to various types of product feedback.
Coordinating and driving the development of identified issues or improvement initiatives in close collaboration with cross‑functional technology teams.
Acting as a primary point of contact towards relevant stakeholders, for example Parts & Service.

You will collaborate closely with the product engineers, product line managers, module system owners, product safety and compliance team, assembly, sourcing, technical services, spare parts, automation team as well as other partners. Depending on your background, additional specific responsibilities may also be included in your role.

Your character

You should have a relevant educational background (Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering) and a few years of experience in product development or technical support. You are systematic and collaborative, with the ability to work closely with Module System Designers and Module System Owners to clarify product feedback, support investigations, and coordinate issue resolution across technology teams.

A broad understanding of mobile equipment technologies and product development environments is considered an advantage. The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, a high level of engagement, and a structured and precise working style. The ability to coordinate activities, manage issues in a structured and systematic manner, and drive execution across cross‑functional teams is essential. Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
