The Role: Quality Manager

As our next Quality Manager, you will:

  • Assess and elevate our quality assurance processes for manufacturing cutting-edge drilling tools.
  • Champion safety and quality across all operations.
  • Develop and implement robust quality protocols from raw materials to finished products.
  • Lead defect analysis, failure investigations, and continuous process improvements.
  • Oversee inspections and testing using advanced precision measurement and non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation for audits and customer certifications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Evaluate, audit, and train suppliers and production staff in quality best practices and standards.
  • Ensure our products meet all safety, environmental, and client-specific requirements.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in quality assurance within manufacturing, ideally with knowledge of drilling tools or related industries.
  • Familiar with API standards and ISO 9001 systems.
  • Proficient with precision measurement, NDT techniques, and quality control documentation.
  • A collaborative problem-solver with a passion for process improvement and training others.
