Quality engineer

Main Responsibilities:

Guarantee the product being built with the preset quality level in line with the relevant quality requirements of the organization.
Be responsible for the ISO certification of the factory and the annual audit.
Create and Maintain QMS complied with ISO9001:2015.
Be responsible for the KA certification and annual audit of the factory.
Monitor QMS documents & records up to date and proper filed.
Control and management of assembly documents.
Monitor the assembly quality of products. Coordinate internal and external Quality audit.
Manage all quality related issues which include process/system, products and parts.
Responsible for non-conformance data collection, statistics and analysis in production process, issue NCR and track the corrective and preventive action.
Communicate with sourcing teams and suppliers for a constant and satisfying quality supply.
Manage the quality control process from receiving, work in process till finish goods.
Handling customer complaints.
Organize the quality improvement activities.
Maintain the QA policy and response for the warrantee process.
Set up the EHS annual work plan with support from related Dept. Formulate and improve the company's EHS management system and operating procedures and supervise their implementation.
Others assigned jobs in the organization.

Qualifications：

Above 5 years’ work experience in related fields, preferable Mining experience.
Self-starter and ready to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ISO9001-2015, ISO14001-2015, ISO45001-2018.
Basic Quality Tools understanding.
Proficient English in reading and writing. Fluent oral English is a plus
Must understand the quality assurance process.
Teamwork abilities, self-oriented and active, systematic, exact and perseverance, truthful and open
PC skills including proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Very strong sense of responsibility and learning capability, hardworking.
Strong practical skill, self-starter, work under pressure.
Excellent trouble-shooting skills, ability to communication with customers, suppliers
Experience of working with continuous improvement in large, complex matrix organizations
EHS & Quality Awareness.
Bachelor’s degree of mechanical and electrical engineering required or relevant engineering background.
