Project Manager

At Business Area Rock Processing, we’re now looking for an organized and driven Project Manager to join the Project Management Office team in Svedala. A great opportunity for someone who wants to take on a key role in our projects and develop our ways of working with product development and our customers.

This is an exciting role where you get to work closely with our business and key stakeholders in various projects globally!

About your job

Within the PMO, we manage a diverse portfolio of initiatives for our crushing equipment. Projects include new development projects and current product improvement projects, as well as customer specific projects and other strategical initiatives with deliveries around the world. As the Project manager, you coordinate and control all aspects of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and in compliance with international standards and customer contracts. You work closely with both internal and external stakeholders globally, such as Product managers, R&D, Operations, Sales Areas and Customers. You may work with multiple projects and activities simultaneously.

The location for this position is Svedala but since our work is international, travel is a natural part of your job.

Your profile
We’re looking for someone with several years of demonstrated experience in project management and project control. You have solid understanding of project and product management. Knowledge of the MS Office Suite software, JIRA and other project based software's are beneficial. Your knowledge is backed by a degree in Business Administration, Engineering or another relevant field. As we operate in a global setting, you’re proficient in English, verbally and in writing. Knowledge of other languages are beneficial.

You’re organized, thorough and solution oriented, always demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in your work. You embrace and participate in change initiatives as well as develop and drive continuous improvement with ease. You enjoy working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment. Lastly, you’re dependable, trustworthy, and authentic – features helping you build strong relationships with the people you encounter!
