About your job
In this role, supporting product line management, sales representatives and internal partners is part of your everyday life. Acting as the primary contact for regional markets, you help streamline processes, improve commercials terms and modernize contracts. Your job involves everything from distributing technical documentation and maintaining support systems to leading customer relationship initiatives and managing rental assets for Northern and Southern Europe.
To ensure service quality and asset integrity, you’re coordinating returns, inspections and repairs. Strategic planning, reporting and forecasting for rental projects keep you close to business, while your technical support helps customers get the most from our products.
The location for this position is Sandviken and some travel is included in your job.
About you
We’re looking for someone with a university degree in Business, Economics or Engineering, or equivalent experience gained from work. You bring experience in both the technical and commercial aspects of raise boring. Confidence in customer interaction and SAP proficiency is an advantage. Acting in a global environment, your English skills must be good, while knowledge of Swedish is a plus.
Flexibility is key and you’re comfortable wearing many hats – technical, commercial and administrative. Stakeholder management comes naturally, and you’re skilled at getting people to collaborate. With a strategic mindset, you tackle challenges, find innovative solutions, and make data-driven decisions. Adapting to changing market conditions and business priorities is second nature, and your communication inspires cross-functional teams.
