Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions develops and produces products and services for our customers’ drilling, rock reinforcement, hauling, loading and mechanical cutting, as well as mine automation needs, worldwide. Our Load & Haul Division’s Turku plant produces underground loaders and trucks.

We might have a suitable job for you: to strengthen our Technical Training team we are currently looking for a proactive and dynamic Digital Learning Solution Specialist to be based in Turku.

As a Digital Learning Solution Specialist, your main tasks include the following:

Develop and implement digital learning strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging eLearning content using tools such as Articulate 360, Captivate, or similar.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into effective digital learning modules.
Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other digital learning platforms.
Evaluate and implement new learning technologies and tools.
Ensure seamless integration of digital learning solutions with existing systems.
Lead end-to-end digital learning projects, from needs analysis to deployment and evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality learning products on time and within budget.
Monitor and analyze learning data to assess effectiveness and improve learner outcomes.
Generate reports and insights to inform continuous improvement.
Provide technical support and training to users on digital learning tools and platforms.
Promote digital learning adoption through communication and change management strategies.
Collaborate with other equipment divisions and align the learning paths.

Your profile

You have a suitable technical education (e.g. B.Sc., Diploma, Degree) with relevant work experience in creating digital learning content. Since you will be creating digital content, you must have thorough knowledge and experience of working on digital content creation tools such as, captivate, articulate etc.. You have a good understanding of both training tools & methods. You also have extensive know-how of learning principles, design, develop, implement, evaluate training plans curriculum and instructional design theory.
