The Integrated marketing specialist ensures marketing efforts are consistent across digital and traditional channels, aligning with Local Sales
Strategies (LSS) objectives and local business needs. Key to success in this role is to work closely with Sales, Demand Marketing, and Channel Partner Marketing to develop, implement and follow up on targeted marketing activities that drive brand awareness, customer reach,
engagement and demand. The responsibility for budget planning sits with this role.


Your responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to ensure marketing efforts are consistent across digital and offline channels and develop marketing activities
based on local business needs, documented in the LSS. You track performance metrics such as campaign results, reach, engagement and
conversion rates, and traffic to measure success.


Main activities included are:
Create and implement marketing strategies and tactics that combine traditional and digital channels such as events, social
media, PR and customer newsletters.

• Align on the LSS marketing objectives and activities with the local management team.
Lead local campaign planning and collaborate with the regional Demand Marketing Specialist to ensure integration and
alignment with regional campaign goals.

• Support sales with relevant local marketing activities.
• Plan and manage customer engagement activities to support product launches and growth initiatives based on the LSS.
• Oversee customer event preparations and provide support to ensure successful execution.
Act as the central coordinator between demand marketing specialist and channel partner marketing specialist and the local
sales team to ensure all marketing activities are aligned and integrated.

Support the execution of local campaigns and account-based marketing activities with the regional Demand Marketing
Specialist.

• Analyze the success of marketing activities and report on results.

• Continuously improve marketing processes to ensure they align with financial goals.
• Manage marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and maximize return on investment
• Send out customer newsletters via Marketo, ten editions per year
• Execute planned customer events through Marketo

Your profile:
Education: bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing or economics
Other special requirements:
• Proven track record of delivering result through effectful marketing activities
• Experience working with agencies
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking, motivated to solve problems and improve existing solutions

• Self-starter with good organizational • skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to build alignment and engagement
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communication skills in German and English both written and verbal
• Passionate about digital marketing & content writing
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
• Minimum Basic knowledge of Marketo
• Good knowledge about the cutting tool industry is a big plus
