About the Role:
As an Integrated Marketing Specialist supporting the Middle European sales area, you will play a crucial role in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, creating demand, and fostering customer retention. You will work closely with various marketing and communications functions to deliver unified customer and brand experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Campaign Implementation: Help implement revenue-generating campaigns through various online and offline channels, ensuring efficient preparation, planning, and execution.
- Account-Based Marketing: Develop specific account-based marketing activities in close cross-functional collaboration.
- Brand Building: Plan, implement, and monitor brand-building activities and communication efforts supporting new product launches and growth areas.
- Event Planning: Organize and manage both external and internal events, including digital events and VIP customer visits to Sweden, ensuring they align with budget and generate marketing-qualified leads.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate ordering and distribution of sales promotion materials and giveaways, and manage relationships with local marketing/PR agencies and vendors.
- Data Analysis: Help analyze marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and traffic, to optimize marketing efforts.
- Process Improvement: Take an active part in driving and leading changes to improve the overall marketing process within the Sales Area.
- Budget Management: Ensure that planned and executed activities are carried out within the budget frame and contribute to sustainable cost control.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of trends and best practices within the area of marketing
Qualifications and Skills:
- Digital mindset with intuitive and creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills in Polish and English, both written and verbal; additional language skills in German are a plus.
- Excellent project/time management and organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong event management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience with MS Dynamics, digital demand generation tools (such as Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms), and Google Analytics.
- Hands-on understanding and experience in marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and campaigning.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Team player with the ability to work within a cross-border marketing team and other departments.
- Strong learning drive
Experience:
- Proven track record in the implementation of direct and digital marketing actions and tools.
- Event management experience.
- Experience in an international company with a complex multi-cultural matrix environment is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in delivering good business results
Education:
- Relevant University degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication and/or equivalent experience.
