About the role:
Buffalo Tungsten is seeking a Team Leader to support our powder production business. As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of production operators, assign work task, train operators, lead & conduct activities related to the manufacturing process such as operating machinery. Keeping accurate records, operating a forklift, load and unload trucks, complete work orders and packing materials for shipment. Plan and delegate tasks for efficiency and quality. Escalate problems to Production Manager, Maintenance and Quality as needed.
This role will be based at our site in Buffalo (Depew), New York.
Schedule
Work schedule is 7pm to 7am. (Every other week: Wed-Fri / Wed-Sat)
Pay Rate Starts: $28.50 to 32.50/hour. Shift Diff Eligible $1.00/hour for overnight shift. The exact starting rate may vary based on the current pay rate assigned to the role.

Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is beneficial
