Production Assistant

Join our Operations team as a Production Assistant and take an active role in building and maintaining high-quality equipment. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where safety, precision, and continuous improvement matter.

What You’ll Do

Complete production order checklists accurately before manufacturing.
Operate injection moulding, rubber moulding and/or casting machinery safely and efficiently.
Meet daily/shift production quotas across all manufacturing processes.
Inspect, finish and quality‑check all manufactured items to required standards.
Accurately make panels, parts, boxes and packs according to production orders.
Perform intermediate die setting, basic troubleshooting and support tooling changes.
Use precision measuring instruments and operate equipment such as laser engravers and panel cutters.
Safely handle, store and set up tools, including during multi‑machine operation.
Report and record manufacturing issues, defects or process deviations.
Communicate job‑specific information to the next shift, including quality or processing requirements.

What you’ll bring:

Experience in production or workshop operations (6+ months preferred).
Strong focus on safety and quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Confidence using hand tools like grinders, sanders, and rattle guns.
