Production Planner

Sandvik (Jining) Rocbolt Technologies China Co., Ltd. currently has an opening for a Production Planner, located in Jining China, hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
1)Adhere to all Sandvik EHS policies and procedures.
2)According to the production plan to prepare shipping documents, on-site delivery and galvanized factory inventory statistics, and other production related documents organization work.
3)Follow up Master plan with Logistic and generate the daily line plan for each workstation make sure the production can meet the shipping schedule.
4)Daily output follow-up and update line plan timely.
5)Analyses the availability of production capacity.
6)Follow up production schedule and make sure WO could be finished in time.
7)Participate weekly/monthly meeting with global planning, SU, and local sales team.
8)Timely change production plan and forecast when global/local forecast change, and coordinate with production team make preparation when big forecast change coming.
9)Lead the production meeting and meeting tracking list follow up.
10)Daily shortage tracking with Logistics.
11)Systematically tracking Work order status and Business central maintains.
12)Engineering Change Notice (ECN) Management.
13)Production OTP and Leadtime control.
14)Kanban stock plan and build up, support all WIP stock taking, Semi-year, Year end and monthly cycle counting etc., ensure WIP inventory accuracy to agreed targets.
15)Coordinate order production and FG inventory control.
16)Timely update the internal information through worksheet and document.
17)Other assigned work by Manager.

Experience & Knowledge:
1) Good team player, high responsibility and good communication skills;
2) Proficient in computer skills and skilled in using various office software;
3) PC skills, ERP or Business Central experience.
4) Above one year work experience in related fields, ideally in mechanical manufacturing industry.
5) Basic English reading and writing skills;
