Workshop Planner
Location: Sudbury, ON

Currently, we have an opening for a Workshop Planner. The Workshop Planner is responsible for providing Workshop support including data entry, report completion and customer correspondence.

What you will be doing
- Providing prompt response to customer expedited requests
- Opening and maintaining jobs for the workshop including preparing and releasing quotations, and assigning system purchase orders to outside service jobs
- Preparing weekly WIP reports, shipping documents and customer invoicing
- Assisting with preparing and maintaining documents, drawings, and specifications to provide with work order
- Creating job cost estimates
- Completing pertinent data collection and reporting as required by location
- Entering data for all failure and test reports and non-conformances in Quality Management Systems
- Work with workshop supervisors with scheduling and planning based off resources
Environmental Health and Safety

What you will bring along
- University Degree or College Diploma in Administrative Assistant or Business Administration or equivalate experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a planning role
- Strong administrative skills and computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Encourages collaboration within own and inter-departmental teams
- Ability to work well under pressure
- General knowledge of mining equipment product lines an asset
- Ability to make decisions based on current warranty policies
