Sandvik Camarillo is seeking a Production Development Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in launching new products and optimizing production processes.

What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our development team, you’ll:

Assist in the development, testing, and validation of new products and manufacturing processes.

Support engineering and production teams in prototype builds and pilot runs.

Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, or quality issues.

Maintain accurate documentation, including work instructions, test results, and process changes.

Help implement process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide technical support during production ramp-up.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Train and develop operator knowledge and workmanship.

What You Bring:

High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing assembly.

Experience in production environment focused on process improvement, quality control, product lifecycle and development projects.

Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and root-causing manufacturing equipment.

Good understanding of manufacturing principles.

Fosters an environment that welcomes and encourages new and innovative design concepts, inventions, patents, and opportunities for product improvements.
Proven success in communication, collaboration and project management
