Maintenance Technician
Maintenance Technician - Reynoldsville, PA - 1st Shift (6a to 2p)
Seco Tools is seeking an experienced Maintenance TEchnician to support our roundtools facility in Reynoldsville, PA. The role requires working within a team environment from the Seco manufacturing facility and reports to the Production Manager.
Profile and Position Summary
At Seco Tools, we take pride in our roundtools facility and our ability to manufacture and ship quality products on time to our customers. This role is responsible for the production of roundtools tools in our manufacturing facility.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Ability to stand, sit or be in other physically demanding positions for long periods of time.
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs without assistance.
Assist with the training of additional employees.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or other member of Management.
