We are now looking for a business oriented and dynamic Account Manager to join the Sales team in the UK. In this position you will get the chance to truly influence our future ways of working.

The position is to cover the Central Region - Birmingham / Coventry / Worcester.

Job summary - Your mission – To provide the ultimate customer experience.

In this position, you’ll be managing sales to a portfolio of customers and authorized channel partners ensuring appropriate sales development activities are planned and implemented. You’ll be expected to grow market share and achieve business and financial outcomes in line with regional targets. We will expect you to work with Customer Value Plans (CVP) and promote our full offer of cutting tools, digital solutions and services. In this role you will coordinate with our Application Specialists to deliver value adding solutions and generate cost savings for our customers. You will also be data driven and tasked with supporting sales management in providing accurate forecasts, budgets and targets.

Your profile: Driven, Sales focused with a passion for building customer relationships.

We are looking for someone with minimum five years’ experience in a B2B manufacturing environment with engineering cutting tools skills and knowledge. You’ll need a proven track record in delivering good business results and be experienced in commercial negotiations. Previous experience from Account Management or other Field Sales based positions is desirable as well as knowledge of managing relationships with industrial customers.

You will be educated to Degree standard or hold an equivalent qualification in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or economics or a related field to this.
