Currently we have an opening for a Sales Support Specialist. The Sales Support Specialist is responsible for providing process and systems support to the Sales team (CSSRs, PSSRs) to ensure knowledge and skills are at the expected levels in order to support existing business and improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What you will be doing

  • Provide process and system understanding and training for Sales team for all system applications including Aurora, eBusiness, Salesforce, etc.
  • Execute training and implement system updates in Sales processes, systems, and relevant applications
  • Provide training for systems updates Collaborates with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions and components to address skill gaps
  • Develop and oversee the onboarding process developing and execute training plan for the Sales Team (PSSRs & CSSRs as corresponding)
  • Tracks and analyzes learning curriculum effectiveness through various evaluation techniques (such as post-training surveys), including the evaluation of individual performances
  • Develop and distribute teaching aids such as training handbooks, tutorials, or quick reference guides to the Sales Team
  • Identify & support process and systems improvement opportunities and propose continuous improvement activities for Sales and CSC operations.
  • Support the maintenance of data integrity within the various systems.
  • Identify and support any system errors/issues and progress to completion with assistance from other stakeholders.
  • Takes responsibility for personal development and enhancement of skills.
  • Creation and maintenance of training matrix for Sales team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by manager.
