DTH Sales Manager - North America
Significant industry experience (i.e. greater than 10 years), ideally selling drill bit and associated accessories to customers in the mining, quarrying and construction sectors. Alternatively, candidates with significant experience selling higher technology consumables to this customer base may be considered if they have strong demonstrated strong customer relationships in the respective territory.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical information, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively communicate information to management and customers, in oral and written form.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Requirements for the “Phase-In” of New Employees: During the 90 day probationary period, new employees will receive the required commercial and technical training applicable to the job.
