The role
We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about service and technical support. This role focus is to provide expert advice for Sandvik’s Crushing & Screening product range.
Many new installations are expected over the incoming months and this role will join the installation and commissioning team to ensure these projects are executed safely, efficiently and meeting all the technical requirements.
Areas of responsibility
Provide specialist commissioning and product support to our Customer base in the APAC region
Delivers equipment training packages to Customers’ operation and maintenance teams and for other employees of Sandvik Crushing & Screening
Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and improvement initiatives of Sandvik Crushing & Screening equipment
Participate and support R&D in the development of new products
Provide expert assistance with equipment fault finding
Provide Customer support around product application, efficiencies and productivity with regards to comminution process
Provide support to warranty process and investigations of failure modes and root causes
Develop service business line capabilities for Crushing & Screening support together
Your profile
We are looking for someone with solid experiences in understanding mining and construction Customers’ expectations with the ability to build relationships at all stakeholder levels. You will have the ability to utilise assigned resources and networks to achieve or exceed planned outcomes, in addition a high focus on achieving those outcomes to drive results. You will be experienced in the understanding of Crushing & Screening equipment and processed. You are a capable user of Microsoft tools such as Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
You have a strong Customer focus, problem solving skills with the ability to operate independently and without close supervision. Additionally, engineering–oriented background within Mechanical Engineering is advantageous, while Mechanical Trade is also favorable. Onsite commissioning and fixed plant maintenance experience will be highly regarded.
