The role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Technician to join our very busy team based in Heatherbrae (Newcastle). The Service Technician will focus on Performing inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on a range of specialist crushing and screening equipment, their subcomponents and their hydraulic, electrical and automation systems.

Many new installations are expected over the incoming months and this role will join the Installation and Commissioning team to ensure these projects are executed safely, efficiently and meeting all the technical requirements.

Your Profile

  • Relevant trade qualification
  • Valid Australian driver’s license
  • Experience maintaining crushers and screens is looked upon favourably
  • Ability to pass drug & alcohol test, reference checks
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic computer and IT skills required
  • Ability to work effectively, either in a team environment or autonomously
  • Positive attitude and a high level of determination to achieve targets set for customer satisfaction
  • Commitment to safe work practices
