Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Sandvik Mining & Rock Solutions, the leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry, currently has an opening for a (CRM) Customer Relationship Management Specialist.

By liaising with key internal stakeholders and making recommendation to central teams, this role will play a critical role in the ongoing improvement and enhancement rollout of the CRM platform structure and architecture, ensuring it works seamlessly across the business areas and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepares GAP tool reports to allow sales teams to target specific customers and product lines for sales growth.
  • Prepares dashboards and reports to communicate wins/ losses and reasons why
  • Act as central point of contact for all support, training, development and information requests
  • Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.
  • Compiles details on new products and distributes to the sales team
  • Updates customer info and fleet data in applicable databases (CRM, Aurora, etc…)
  • Management of the CRM system (Salesforce), including troubleshooting, keeping the system current, and maintaining system integrity
  • Add/deactivate users
  • Help with data cleansing (merge accounts, delete duplicate records)
  • Are the custodians of all reports and dashboards in their respective areas
  • Troubleshoot if local users have issues
  • Train new users
  • Provide help to others via the Network
  • Responsible for continued adoption of the CRM in their areas
  • Channel information (change requests) to the user who sits in CRM Program Office
  • Add/deactivate users

  • Are the custodians of all reports and dashboards in their respective areas
  • Troubleshoot if local users have issues
  • Provide help to others via the Network
  • Responsible for continued adoption of the CRM in their areas

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education / Experience:

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • 3-5 years with CRM experience

Competencies:

  • Ability to work as part of an integrated, broad team
  • Must be flexible, self-motivated and demonstrate initiative
  • Knowledge of customer business processes
  • Superior customer relations skills
  • Highly developed time management and organizational skills
