Create and implement the Technical Sales plan for the sales region based upon global business plans.
Review and monitor performance periodically and refine technical sales strategy as required by management.
Provide Business Performance Metric reports to Mgmt. and agree / implement any required actions.
Take accountability for management of budgets and forecasts (including A&S costs).
Ensure optimum customer segmentation for the region.
Ensure compliance with local legislative frameworks and/or rules.
