Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive individual who is passionate about service and technical support to plan and administrate all the field service activities related to the Crushing and Screening product line in Australia. This role will also be responsible for ensuring these services are executed safely, efficiently and professionally, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.

As well as this, you will also:

  • Deliver service estimations (quotations) based on customers enquiries and/or sales representatives leads, that meet current service agreements and internal pricing rules.

  • Gain market intelligence to ensure accurate service resource planning.

  • Review, update & maintain accurate service calendar details to achieve correct resources allocation and effective service execution.

  • Provide administrative support to all field service jobs, such as, but not limited to: raising sales orders / service orders and invoicing of services delivered.

  • Coordination of medicals, inductions and training requirements for service personnel to be able to access customer sites.

  • Collect and file supporting documentation (signed timesheets, expenses receipts, etc.) to be presented with the service invoice and/or to request change orders for site services.

  • Manage the workload balance of the service resources to achieve the utilisation targets.

About you

  • Mechanical Engineering qualification (Mechanical Trade will also be considered)

  • Proven resources planning experience within the mining sector

  • Proven ability to meet customer expectations and the ability to build relationships

  • Ability to utilise assigned resources and networks to achieve or exceed planned outcomes

  • Computer literacy with Microsoft suite (Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Word, and Access)

  • Exceptional customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required

  • The right to work in Australia

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical test
