A key role in representing Sandvik management you are responsible for the affective, implementation and commercial management of Service Contracts in your region, you will engage with site based service personnel and Customers to ensure contracts are managed according to the agreement, including adherence to contract terms and conditions, agreed deliverables, key performance indicators, value delivery and reporting requirements.
Working with the Service Contract Manager, Central Planning and Asset and Improvement teams you will manage new contract implementation planning and implementation management to see that contracts are satisfactorily ramped up to meet contract effective dates.
Areas of responsibility
- Support the provision of a collaborative cross functional Service Contracts stakeholder engagement;
- Engage internal stakeholders to establish; and engage customer, to increase Service Contract delivery and profitability;
- Oversee commercial support requirements of Service Contracts, ensuring that Systems, Processes and outcomes are suitable to the requirements;
- Assist Service Contracts Manager in overseeing the facilitation of Service Contract planning services to ensure delivery of scope;
- Participate in relevant workshops and assist with ongoing development of required processes and systems
You will need demonstrated resource sector project delivery and or contract management experience, understanding of logistics processes, ability to negotiate with clients and a high level of financial analytical skills, reporting and date analysis. You will be committed to work within Sandvik’s core values and be customer focused with strong business acumen skills. You will have previous experience in planning and scheduling.
