Value Center Account Specialist - Moscow

To be prepared for this, and to ensure that our expertise is aligned with our customer needs, we’re now looking for 2 talented Value Center Account Specialists in Moscow.
In this position, your overall mission is to provide business support and value added services towards selected customers with a consultancy approach, to strengthen customer relationship, in alignment with Frontline Sales strategic planning.
You handle Operations accountable tasks within the scope of services (PIP Lean, Vending Machine, Tool Logistic and Tool rationalization, Pay-per-part and Consignment Stock), securing a project management approach. On top, you promote value added services to selected customers, through a cross selling and up selling aptitude, provide information on new solutions or activities.
You work in close collaboration with Frontline Sales, contributing to establish and follow up customer value plans, and supporting them with intelligence activities, trough reporting or data analysis on selected customers or industry segments, to identify and map trends, deviations and leads.
You also contribute proactively to a positive scoring of Sandvik Coromant through Suppliers Scorecard.
We’re constantly improving our customer experience, and you will contribute to develop new added value services and solutions (like new payment models).
We’re looking for someone with an analytical approach, good understanding of customer needs and up- and cross-selling aptitude. You know how to create relationships and to communicate positively and effectively across different communication channels, with a consultancy approach and a positive mindset. You have proven Project Management skills to handle complex processes, and demonstrate strong planning and organizing skills.
As we work in an international setting, you have excellent skills in English, both written and verbal.
You have a disposition in digital applications, with good experience and skills in ERP system SAP and Microsoft 365, including CRM Dynamics.
You have business economics fundamentals and basic knowledge of financial legislation and primary accounting, including legal requirements to customer's contracts, invoices, output documents (UTD) and Certificate of completion.
