Experience working with CNC machines, machining centers and/or lathes, knowledge about programing with CAD/CAM software or manual programing. Secure and lead the development of training and training programs based on customer needs and future trends in line with Business Strategy. Analyze the competence needs, feedback and requests of the organization and engage relevant stakeholders to evaluate and assess appropriate development resolutions. Source and evaluate third party training programs. Prepare training budget, seek and obtain funding approval, and control costs against budget. May initiate, organize, and undertake training in different forms (such as: courses, e-learning, workshops, and seminars). To ensure training material is available, standardized, up to date and based on the correct business information. Overall responsible for Train-the-Trainer courses & certification.
