The position is: Pricing Specialist, Location flexible
In this role you will become a member of global strategic pricing department, working closely with the global product pricing department on implementing Coromant pricing strategy.
This role is expert in advanced data mining and statistical modelling to maximise profits through price setting and discount management and discounts benchmarking, whilst continuing to support sales growth with our strategic relation (SR) and machine tool solution (MTS) customers.
Being close to business, you will be supporting Account Managers in SR, MTS and in selected cases in local markets with preparation of data for negotiation tactics in price-related and profitability areas and supporting in the actual negotiations as well as supporting sales offers to Coromant Strategic Accounts.
We are looking for someone possessing the ability to work in a multinational environment, taking cultural aspects into consideration, excellent communicator and problem solver who is not concerned to challenge the ways things are done. Strong analytical and educational skills should also be a part of your character.
To succeed in this role, you need to possess the knowledge of finance and statistical modelling within Excel, macros skills would be an advantage. Knowledge of procurement processes, experience with sales negotiations and IT skills such as understanding of value-based pricing and pricing software solutions are also inclusive.
We expect you to have University degree in Business, and or Economics within Marketing, and working experience from Account Management or Sales Management in the manufacturing industry is of advantage.
English language on proficiency level is a must, German is taken as advantage,
Travelling on the global scale can be expected.
