We are looking for a Pricing Specialist to join our Team​

Key Performance Areas

Responsible for providing full operation, analysis, control and guidance on pricing, discount management and associated issues for assigned sales clusters. To ensure Coromant pricing strategy is executed in designated Sales Clusters.

Main key responsibilities

  • Provide pricing guidance and support Sales Cluster assigned to achieve the pricing targets set
  • Assure to plan and follow-up the price and discount processes for the whole cluster assigned
  • Proactively update Sales Clusters on the complete overview of price and discounts status and recommend corrective action if any applicable
  • Regularly provide total Sales Cluster overview to the Pricing Manager and Sales Cluster management and force, including analysis of impacts, proposals on corrective actions
  • To monitor and follow-up the discount trends and to perform discount benchmarking activities for the Sales Cluster
  • Actively participate / execute annual Price planning process for the designated Sales Cluster
  • Provide input on structural changes in product price positioning to the assigned Sales Cluster

Key Competencies and Profile

  • Educated to degree level (Bachelor in Economics/Marketing or equivalent)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in Pricing or Finance or Marketing and/or Sales
  • Be fluent in English
  • High level of analytical skills
  • Have in depth knowledge of Price & discount processes
  • Have awareness of purchasing processes, markets and finance
  • Good planning & organizing skills
  • Initiative & Teamwork
  • Business mindset and structural approach
  • Ability to train and educate, share expertise on pricing topics with sales force
  • Ability to work across borders and in virtual environment
  • Relevant level of independency and proactive approach
  • Be able to drive projects according to set purpose / objectives
