  • Responsible for the Customer Experience achieved, virtually and physically, through our training and Sandvik Coromant Center activities.
  • Ensuring that the SANA Sandvik Coromant centers, activities, promotional materials follow the company’s strategy and Center Branding Guidelines and certification process
  • Accountable for the utilization and performance of all Sandvik Coromant centers in Sales Area North Asia including internal and external trainings, customer projects and other center activities upon agreed OKRs.
  • Responsible for the development, execution and follow up of our training and center activities in close cooperation with the Sales Clusters aligned with our local business plans and objectives.
  • Ensure centers have increased activities and are fully promoted through marketing initiatives.
  • Make yearly training plan for SANA and ensure all planned training activities are implemented, either in our centers or in customers’ facilities, virtually or physically.
  • Drive to build the Sandvik Coromant Training Brand in Industry, forming the systematic and structured training courses and activities as part of total offer of Sandvik Coromant, bring adding value to customers and contribute to the sustainable business.
  • Collaborate with and utilize the expertise within the SANA Marketing team secure solid communication plans are in place to promote the SANA Sandvik Coromant centers, trainings and events internally and externally.
  • Take the responsibility of internal CoroPak training process and coordinate external events.
  • Work closely with Projects & Services, Sales and P&I to support customer projects and new business opportunities utilizing the Sandvik Coromant center as a resource.
  • Connecting with other centers and Sandvik Coromant Academy to share best practices and secure a “Do it once” approach and drive efficiency.
  • Responsible for SANA Sandvik Coromant Centers assets and facilities.
  • Seek feedback from customers, channel partners and key stakeholders and work with continuous improvements of our processes, deliverables and results.
  • Drive cooperation with universities, schools and education organizations to build our brand in next generation employees and customers.
  • Ensuring that planned and executed activities are carried out within the budget frame. Take responsibility for a sustainable cost control.
  • Build an efficient and motivated training team.

Other Management activities:

  • Being an important and active part of the SANA Field Marketing team, with strong connections, teamwork and collaboration on future strategy creation and execution
  • Be a proactive member and contributor to the Global Training & Center network.
  • Be able to represent Marketing, by being an active member in one or several Sales Cluster Management teams
  • Management of budget & forecasting in alignment with company A&S objectives
  • Employee evaluation and performance management in accordance to HR objectives
  • Actively work for a digital approach, in how we develop our training & center offer, as well as how we collaborate and interact internally and externally.
  • Continuous passion and curiosity to gain new skills and knowledge about customer experience, training methods, marketing trends & solutions, leadership and business knowledge to supports our business results and continuous improvement.
  • Drive and apply Sandvik Core Values and Code of Conduct in all business and personal dealings, drive team to adopt and apply the Safety first culture, Code of Conduct and Core Values at all times.
