Service Manager - Sandvik IT Services

You’re one of three Service Managers in our small, yet competent team. You work closely with the Service Owner to ensure that our services in scope are efficiently delivered, and in line with agreed deliverables, service levels and strategies. Also, collaborating with Service Managers from other fields, you share experiences and work cross-functional to deliver valuable results to the organization. Part of the transformation is focusing on our network service model and ensure that it’s aligned with our business needs and expectations.
The network governance is becoming transparent, and we want to involve the correct participants and agendas on a strategical, tactical, and operational level. With improved governance we aim to attain clear accountabilities and a collaborative global support model, ensuring both a satisfied business and employees. You take lead in this work, meaning you ensure cost efficient operations that are aligned with, and responsive to, the business demands, as well as secure and compliant. You also keep an ongoing communication with your customers and stakeholders, participate with your knowledge in relevant forums, and act as point of escalation for possible issues.
You have a relevant IT degree and extensive experience from service management, service development, outsourced services and economic management. You’re communicative and can describe complex IT and infrastructure systems in an uncomplicated way to non-technical experts, such as various business representatives. Skills in ITIL and the ability to manage various stakeholders are needed, as is a great eye for customer service. You lead with engagement, and you know how to inspire people in an empowering and trustful way. You’re goal focused and like to seize new opportunities and, in addition, you’re analytical, innovative, and productive – a true optimist who always aim to be one step ahead. As English is our corporate language, you bring fluent skills both written and verbally, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
