Niagara Cutter, a Seco Tools brand, is seeking an experienced Human Resource Professional at our Reynoldsville, PA Production facility.

Profile and Position Summary:

This role will have ownership in creating the environment that ensures Seco Tools is a great place to work. We seek to build a remarkably positive employee experience, and you will be an extension of that. You will help us in developing our Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy while participating and driving leadership and employee development for your areas of responsibility. This will include the creation, sourcing, and facilitation of our training offerings to support us in being an employer of choice.

You will have excellent interpersonal, coaching, and communication skills while bringing 5+ years experience in a Human Resources role, along with a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources. You take pride in your ability and experience in developing effective recruitment strategies, from high school and college networking to internship and employee career pathing.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop a robust recruitment strategy to effectively and efficiently source current and future knowledge/skills/capabilities needed by the organization.

  • Develop, evolve, and execute HR programs and initiatives that are aligned to the overall business strategy and Employer of Choice strategies.

  • Develop close partnerships with business area(s) of responsibility to understand their specific needs and develop customized plans to support leadership development, talent management, succession planning, and workforce planning.

  • Assess training needs within your area of responsibility to apply and monitor training programs.

  • Be responsible for and lead the efficiency of the Performance Development Process and the general development of all employees within your area of responsibility.

  • Research, develop, recommend, and execute creative strategies to foster the organizations diversity goals.

  • HR Program advocacy, communicating the business value of HR initiatives and leading HR program roll out to minimize business disruption.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
