Sales Area North Asia is one out of six Sales Areas of Coromant Sales, with 400 plus employees allocated in four markets including China mainland, South Korea, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This job opening is to replacement the original job holder who takes a new role in the sales organization. As an HR Business partner for North Asia, you commit to our vision to shape the future together, contribute to sales growth, drive a lean, efficient and digitalization way of working and build a transparent, motivated and passionate team spirit.
Working as HR Business partner for North Asia, you will belong to both management team for Sales Area North Asia and Coromant Sales HR team.
Key performance areas
As an HR Business Partner, you are responsible for enhancing organizational performance and the business from an HR point of view. This includes supporting strategic initiatives, contributing in setting the local HR strategy to support business strategy and growth. You are expected to work closely with management team members to design, adjust and execute activities for both for day to day HR support and also for new initiation to hire, keep and motivate people for new way of working and continue to
gain market share. Performance management, talent and succession management and diversity and inclusion are important responsibilities. You support managers in carrying out change initiatives by offering expertise and tools, and you take full ownership of the HR delivery model.
In this position, you are member of the management team for Sales Area North Asia and the Coromant Sales HR team.
This position is a sales area role that expects to locate within the sales area, and preferred located in Beijing China. It’s subject to frequent travel to the different locations included in your responsibility.
We are looking for someone with a university degree, preferably in HR or management, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience, ideally gained within a sales organization. You have experience from an HRBP or HR Manager position with a successful managerial track record and are skilled in managing stakeholders and involving resources. The ability to work effectively within a matrix and sales organization is a key to success in this role, as is experience from change management. As we interact on the global stage, you have excellent communication skills in English, both in writing and in speaking.
