Your mission

In this position, you mix a strategic approach with operational performance within the border between the technological and commercial world. Your primary responsibility is to support the Sales Areas in developing and realizing their Rock Tools strategies and execution plans to drive successful implementation. You'll coordinate priorities alignments and execute strategic projects- and activities plans involving other divisions' stakeholders on strategic and bundled deals. You're the link between our sales teams and the supply organization, as well as our product lines and other stakeholders. Through cross-function collaborations, you ensure that we develop initiatives and activities that truly make a difference for our customers.

Other vital parts included in this role are gaining market intelligence, sustaining deep insight into competitor activities, and building a deeper understanding of customers' value perception and future directions. Acting as our global topic expert, you facilitate training and learning sessions with the Rock Tools sales team and other key stakeholders. In addition, you're sharing estimations and go-to-market strategies regionally and for the global market and above this, you drive various global strategic initiatives for our division.

The location for this position is flexible at any of our office locations in Latin America, and you report to the Head of Sales Support and Development, seated in Sandviken, Sweden.

Your character

We’re looking for someone with a degree in Business Administration or Engineering, combined with solid business acumen. You have a genuine interest and understanding of our industry and market, and preferably you have an industrial background in the field of mining and construction. You know how to initiate and implement change, and you’re both eager and well-equipped to motivate others to follow your lead. You’re self-motivated and organized, capable of facilitating and driving the completion of complex matters. Since you interact with essential stakeholders in many corners of the world, you must also be fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English, and we find Portuguese advantageous.
