Your mission
In this role, you provide end-to-end technical support for hardware and software solutions within Tool Flow Solutions, reporting to the Head of Support. You work across support, QA, and development teams to ensure reliable, high-performing solutions for our customers.
What you’ll do:
• Deliver 1st and 2nd-level technical support
• Perform on-site troubleshooting, service, and repairs sites
• Manage customer orders and coordinate order planning
• Run training sessions for customers on our technical solutions
• Execute QA testing and maintain up-to-date technical documentation
• Support bug fixing and validation of new features
• Assist development with integration of hardware variants
This role is based in Stockholm, Sweden or Tübingen, Germany.
Your profile
You’ve got solid hands-on experience with electronically controlled hardware and Windows-based systems, along with a background in IT or similar technical fields. You’re confident handling technical troubleshooting and customer-facing support.
You bring:
• Strong understanding of industrial storage hardware and software setups
• Experience in installations, service work, and QA processes
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, drivers, and licensing
• Ability to create and maintain accurate technical documentation
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across projects
You’re a problem solver with a practical mindset and a customer-oriented approach. You work well in teams, stay structured, and communicate effectively in English. Openness to learning and willingness to travel for installations and service make you thrive in this role.
