Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Order Management Functional expert with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA to join our global ERP transformation within IT Delivery organization. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain robust Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Order Management (OM) solutions that support our large-scale manufacturing and mining business. Experience with Advanced ATP, Supply Assignment (ARun), Supply Protection, and Backorder Processing (BOP) will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture
- Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash and Order Management solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and flexible business processes.
- Evaluate business requirements and design solutions that align with global architecture standards and best practices.
- Provide solution guidance, including high-level and detailed functional designs, to project and development teams.
Technical Expertise & Product Innovation
- Utilize hands-on experience with Advanced ATP, A-Run, Supply Protection, and BOP to optimize supply chain execution.
- Support integration of OM processes with other areas such as logistics, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and (when applicable) GTS.
- Drive process improvements in the OTC space and adopt new SAP capabilities and technologies.
Project Delivery & Collaboration
- Lead or contribute to SAP S/4HANA project implementations, enhancements, and rollouts.
- Collaborate extensively with business stakeholders, IT architects, functional consultants, and external partners.
- Ensure successful end-to-end delivery, including configuration, testing, documentation, and stabilization.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure solutions meet compliance, quality, and documentation standards.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert-level support for OM and OTC processes.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes.
Qualifications:
Requirements to educational background:
- Graduate/ Postgraduate with 9 + years hands-on experience in SAP Order Management or Order-to-Cash domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical / IT
Requirements to working experience:
Must have
- Strong industry background in manufacturing, mining, engineering, or related sectors.
- Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ideally including Advanced ATP, Supply Assignment (A-Run), Supply Protection, and BOP.
- Proven hands-on experience in designing and implementing SAP OM/OTC solutions in global environments.
- SAP certification in relevant modules (e.g., SD, S/4 OTC) is essential.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in order fulfillment, supply chain execution, and product delivery.
Good to have :
- Experience with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) or trade compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
- Strong analytical abilities and appetite for new technologies and digital solutions.
- Ability to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and drive solution adoption.
It will be an advantage if you have:
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD)
- SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement (if process overlaps exist)
- SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain
