About your job

In this position, you lead the architecture and development for Infor M3 Cloud Core technology. You drive technical strategies and design solutions that ensure performance and scalability. To transform business needs into robust technical solutions, you partner with stakeholders, while mentoring a talented development team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing technical solutions for infrastructure and integrations
  • Leading architecture decisions for cloud-based M3 platforms
  • Creating pre-studies, specifications and time estimates with security and scalability in mind
  • Driving best practices and continuous improvement across global teams.


The location for this position is Malmö, with flexibility for hybrid work.

About you

We’re looking for someone with expertise in Infor M3 and integrations, combined with a strong knowledge of both cloud and on-prem platforms. You’re skilled in technical architecture and comfortable in guiding teams and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your knowledge is backed by a, for the job, relevant university degree.

Your personality truly makes the difference – characterized by your good skills in problem solving and strategic thinking. You continuously embrace innovation, foster collaboration, and stay ahead of emerging technologies. With your curiosity and adaptability, you’re a perfect fit for this role.
