Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for designing, developing, and deploying automated solutions using a combination of automation and agentic platforms. You collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective, scalable automation solutions. By staying on top of industry trends, you continuously explore new tools and techniques to enhance our automation capabilities. Additionally, you document solutions and ensure smooth operational handover, as well as following best practices, guidelines and contributing to our Agentic Automation Community.
This role is based in Sandviken or Stockholm, with a hybrid work setup and occasional travel.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in automation engineering and demonstrated progression toward agentic automation. You’re proficient in UiPath, Power Automate/Apps or Copilot Studio, and skilled in at least one programming language—preferably C#. Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration is a plus. Your knowledge is backed by a technical degree in computer science or a related field. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English.
You’re curious, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You're structured and analytical, with strong communication skills that help you build trust and influence stakeholders. You enjoy working in dialogue with others and are motivated by solving complex challenges through smart automation.
