Group Finance Systems Manager

Do you thrive in a leadership role and want to be part of shaping the future of our consolidation reporting system? We’re looking for a Group Finance Systems Manager to join our dynamic organization and enhance our global reporting capabilities.

If you're ready to empower a high-performing team on its continuous digital transformation journey and make a real impact on how to enable even more efficient reporting and analysis processes for the Finance community, we’d love to hear from you.

About your job

In this position, you're responsible for leading a newly established cross-functional product team focused on the development and optimization of OneStream – the consolidation and performance management system, and the Finance Group Data Warehouse. Together with the team, you adopt an agile way of working. You're accountable for evaluating and implementing new system functionalities, managing change requests, and ensuring governance and documentation standards are met.

Your role includes:

  • Leading the product team, including managerial responsibilities for the Finance professionals of the team.
  • Driving continuous improvement of our OneStream and Finance Group Data Warehouse platform.
  • Collaborating with the Product Owner to prioritize and deliver system enhancements.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.
  • Engaging and communicating with stakeholders across finance, IT, and external partners.
  • Following up on the financial performance of assigned cost centers.

You report to the Vice President Group Reporting and Consolidation. The location for this position is Stockholm, with occasional travel to Sandviken. We apply a hybrid work solution.

Your profile

We’re looking for a leader with solid experience as a manager, ideally within a large or public company. You have worked with consolidation systems—preferably OneStream—and understand the complexities of financial reporting in a global context. You’re familiar with agile methodologies and have a strong grasp of system governance and change management. Your knowledge is backed by a university degree in Finance or IT. Acting in a global environment calls for proficiency in English, verbally and in writing.

You’re a confident and empathetic leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’re hands-on when needed, unafraid to dive into operational tasks, and skilled at balancing strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. You communicate clearly, manage stakeholders effectively, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality results. You’re curious, improvement-driven, and passionate about leveraging technology to simplify and elevate finance processes.
