Solution Specialist

Your mission

As our Solution Specialist, you play a leading role within your team as you work with our technical aspects and cloud-based data platforms. You collaborate with other team members, departments and vendors to provide technical support, follow up on financial progress, implement operational changes and ensure efficient communication and problem solving. To ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards, you develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures and user manuals.

Included in your mission:

  • Ensure operations and delivery of assigned scope of technology.
  • Provide support to install, configure, deploy and maintain enterprise-level applications and systems.
  • Drive cross-functional dependencies to ensure operational stability.
  • Monitor platform performance and identify issues that could impact application performance.
  • Keep up to date with asset and configuration items.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues and maintain accurate documentation of problems and their solutions.

The location for this position is Sandviken or Stockholm and we offer you a hybrid work solution.

Your character

We’re looking for someone with previous experience working in similar roles. You have experience in IT operations and change management, as well as technical knowledge of cloud and SaaS solutions. You’re technically focused and take initiatives to suggest opportunities for improvements and solve problems to achieve goals. As we’re a global organization, you need excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Although your background is important, your personality is your biggest asset in this role. You’re self-motivated and enjoy taking ownership and being in charge to drive things forward. You’re curious to learn more and grow as a person and can work independently, while also being a team player with collaboration skills and an agile mindset. With excellent communication skills, you’re able to build relationships based on trust and transparency.
